RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
To request a return, please contact us using the form below within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a returns address. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We operate a refund and reorder system, so the original order is refunded and you are free to place a new order for the items/sizes you require.
Return postage is at the customers' cost and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returned orders that go missing in transit. We will not process any refunds until the original item is back with us and has been checked. Items must be returned in the original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

All of our products are posted in eco-friendly packaging from the UK using Royal Mail or an international courier.
Rates depend on which country you are ordering from, the weight of the product, and whether you opt for the untracked or tracked service (if available). If you choose an untracked service we will not be ably to provide any tracking information, so once the parcel leaves us we cannot provide information on where it is or what is causing any potential delays.
Based on all this, postage costs are calculated automatically when you check out.
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, and you can expect it to arrive with you within 2-3 working days for UK deliveries, 5-7 working days for Europe, and 5-15 working days for the rest of the world. These shipping times are estimates and are entirely dependent on the efficient processing of the parcel at customs in the destination country, which can take up to 4 weeks in some cases.
We would always advise choosing a tracked shipping service, as we cannot provide further information when an untracked service is used. Delays caused by customs procedures in the delivery country are totally out of our control and are not included in the delivery estimates above, and using a tracked service will at least make it clear where the parcel is delayed.
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address on the checkout page, and once a product is dispatched we cannot amend the address or recall the item.
Items returned to us as a result of incorrect shipping addresses, unpaid import duties/taxes or those unclaimed after attempted delivery will be automatically refunded minus P&P costs and any associated fees.
Customers are responsible for any import taxes charged to them by their local governments, if applicable. Harderstyles Store has no control over these charges, and cannot be held liable.

Under new regulations, we cannot claim parcels as lost until 20 working days AFTER your expected delivery date to allow for delays at customs and Covid restrictions. If this time has passed and your tracking link doesn't provide the information you need please get in touch.
