PLEASE NOTE: If you have chosen untracked delivery at checkout please do not contact us asking where your parcel is, we do not have any information once the item leaves us. Delivery to Europe usually takes 5-7 working days but this is dependent on how fast the item is released by customs in the destination country, which we have no control over and can take up to 4 weeks. We cannot declare a parcel as missing with Royal Mail until FOUR WEEKS after the expected delivery date, so if you have still not received your item FIVE WEEKS after you received your dispatch email then please get in contact and we will investigate. Emails regarding untracked orders sent prior to this will not be replied to.
