Harderstyles delivers worldwide. If you order is processing before 17:00, we will give it to PostNL on the same day. PostNL will work hard to deliver the package the next day in the Netherlands. For other countries it may take 2 till 10 working days more because this totally depends on the shipping company.


Did you received a defective or incorrect product from Please contact us by sending an e-mail to [email protected] Be sure to mention the article, invoice number and the reason why you would like to send back the product(s).

Important when returning!

  • The invoice / packing list or a copy of it should be send along with the return (if you want another size please write the size you want on it or write you want a refund)
  • You must return the product in the original and undamaged packaging
  • Shipping costs and the risk of returning are on your expense
  • Ensure a thorough package besides the original packaging. Do not attach stickers or other notes to the original packaging. If this is done the product can not be exchanged because of unsaleability
  • Unstamped packages or cash on delivery sent packages will not be accepted by us and will automatically return to you

Cooling Off Period

Upon receipt of your order, you have the right to a standard cooling off period of 14 days without giving any reason to terminate the agreement and to return or exchange the product. So within this period you can return a product to us, the postage costs of the return are for your expense. You must also mention in which condition the product will be returned. Depending on the condition of the product (part of) the purchase amount will be refunded. The cooling off period does not apply in the following cases:

  • software, vinyl, CDs or DVDs of which you have broken the seal
  • items that may not be exchanged for hygienic reasons, such as but not limited to underwear.
  • customized purchases, or specially ordered products
  • clothing that is worn, of course you can try it on
  • items that are damaged or incomplete

Percentage you will receive:

  • 100% – Product is complete, open, but unused – sent back in original packaging *
  • 80% – Product is complete, open, but unused – NOT sent back in original packaging *
  • 60% – Product is complete, used and is sent back in original packaging *
  • 50% – Product is complete, used and not sent back in original packaging *

* amount excluding shipping costs. If you terminate the agreement, the amount on the invoice or a percentage of the product price according to the system above will be deposited by within 30 days into the bank account which must be given when sending us an e-mail.
